Advice Spots appearing on Samsung 4K tv screen

    Samsung UE50MU6100
    purchased July 2017 for £601.49

AO states it’s a 12m manufacturer warranty but I thought an appliance was covered for 5 years under trading laws?
is there anything I can do about this or just live with it or by a new one.

    Pictures.
