Any of you have a product you'd recommend for fucked hands? Think Sylvester Stallones mum's face, but on your hands.

Not for me I'm sure you understand, I havent done a hard day's graft in my life. Previously used Okeefe's, which worked for a number of years, but now down't seem to be doing the trick.

I found O'Keefes rubbish.
Nivea hand cream applied 4x a day and plaster the stuff on at night.

I even had steroid cream from gp which did nowt.
My skin cracks at the knuckles and inside my thumbs.

Have you tried your GP? Dermatological issues can some times be caused by some underlying problems. If you've been to see your GP and he's given you the bum's rush then think about seeking advice from a private dermatologist. It will cost you in the short term but save you in the long term. I had serious shoulder pain a few months ago, went to my GP for advise and he said it was just a pinched nerve, take ibuprofen. One week later and no fucking sleep I took the plunge and went to see an osteopath. Two more visits and £180 lighter, I'm now better and more aware of how the problem started.

Epaderm ointment from your chemist, you can buy a large tub fairly cheaply, they also do a cream which is good for during the day...Less greasy, rub some ointment into your hands at night. You can also melt about a teaspoon of the ointment into hot water and then add it to a bath.

I suffer the same as you and was a mechanic for a long time which I think caused it.
