Depending on the lens you are using, aperture etc, you could easily take a photo like this, for example, i have a lens which allows me to keep the shutter open for around 30 seconds, before it starts to capture star trails.
It is possible, it looks like a long exposure shot maybe 10-15 seconds, you can see an aeroplane's light trails on middle right side and feintly on middle left.
You can also see the slight star trails in the upper right star cluster and in a couple of stars in the water bottom left.
Probably quite a bit of post processing though in lightroom or photoshop.
Yeah that's perfectly normal that dude. Probably a 15-30 second shot.
Here's one I took down in Devon. 31 second exposure at ISO 5000. If the clouds are high enough or there's literally no wind, they won't make much of an issue.
