So.....who's looking forward to an additional five years of austerity because of all this?.....lol
At least this time it will be for real people, and not the bankers...
Well I'm hopeful and confident that the blond buffoon will pull through, but in the event he doesn't I really do fear for the country. Just speaking to my brother, mates and my parents back home I feel a growing sense of misery and general foreboding. Losing your PM (of any stripe) will feel like a kick in the guts.
If it were to happen I would want to see a government of national unity formed for the remainder of this year, both to manage the present crisis but also the exit strategy and rebuilding of the economy.
Agreed with the above but what the media and people have forgotten about is leaving the EU we still have that to manage as well as this poxy virus.
Hope the PM fulls through he is a fighter for our country, he is doing what he said he was going to do and he has my respects.

The election was a fait accomplis, with Johnson the best of a bad bunch.
His charisma faring over substance and obscuring his implicit racism and elitism.
However, he has spoken on these recent events with what seems to be authenticity, which is a rare thing (compare him with the insipid personality of gove for example).
For the state of the country, unfortunately he seems to be the best we have at the moment, so let's hope he pulls through.
I hope that if he does, he will regain a profound respect for the NHS and stop any hint or plan of its sale. He is a tory though and history has taught us to never trust them.
