    Help Authoring software...

I think I have found a solution for my original post. - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Authoring software.

Allows easy course creation. But most of them rely on having the parents software on the network. Does anyone know of a free piece of authoring software than can produce a standalone exe? Surely in this day and age there must be a way of creating a program without having the knowledge to code? i.e drag and drop buttons etc like below?

    Can’t you do it online?

You could probably find loads of options available to you in easy tools like Wordpress with very little effort.
I know nothing of this so I’m guessing but anyone could access it without installing anything.

HTML if it's basically a powerpoint with a few embedded bits. Like Teajunkie said, wordpress will be fine, or dreamweaver if you have a copy.

Downloaded Adobe captivate. Seems to do the job and it can publish as a standalone. Exe which my IT department can host. Result
