I always was never great at waking up. Could stay up late no problem but never liked getting up early.
I had a sleep app which showed on average people in sunnier countries slept less so I decided to try something out.
Got some vitamin d tablets, and a Lumie bodyclock 750. Surprisingly it does actually seem to help me.
Been slowly waking up early in 15 min increments and finding it no problem. Before I used to find waking up to the alarm clock a chore but it seems almost effortless now.
I set it to gradually build up sound and light over 30 mins - before I would wake up when it got to max but now I'm starting to wake up even a few minutes before then.
So for me it seems to be an interesting and successful experiment.
But I decided to send the 750 back and get the 700 instead as some FM stations in my area aren't available on DAB. Luckily they do a 45 day return.
