Onedrive account banned

My Onedrive account has been locked with no details of why it was closed?

I dont know what to do all my xbox live friends, purchases and subscriptions (which are prepaid upto Sept 2021), my phone backs up and deletes to my onedrive (I pay for extended onedrive space), office 365 etc are all lost, they have continued to charge my credit card about ?8 a month for last 3 months while account suspended?

I really dont know what to do now??

Microsoft disabled access to the account due to a serious violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

As stated in the Microsoft Services Agreement, you will no longer be able to access any Services that require a Microsoft account.

For any subscriptions associated with the account, Microsoft will immediately cease charging the credit card on file for recurring charges.

My credit card is still being charged even though you say it wont be. I cannot use OFfice 365 or get cucial documents to my affairs from my onedrive. The list goes on. Alan

Thanks for the reply, that guy seems got reinstated from bombarding them I have been doing that but at least he got the final communication and still got it unlocked after that so is still hope ;-)

It is so shit its unreal I have done nothing wrong and they have stopped all access to everything ;-(

Disgusting how they won’t even tell you why.

No warnings either which I think is just bollocks.
I would call a solicitor no win no fee and ask for some advice, after all they have your family pictures and have withheld them for no reason.

I have just said to them (got this off another forum) under GDPR Article 15 I have a right to all digital media you hold of mine blah blah.

Most people are saying it cos they have their whatsapp sync'ed to onedrive and just takes a viral video you been sent to get it blocked, if that the case I should been blocked 5+ years ago haha.

No I aint been distributing anything via onedrive or xbox etc, but have been part of plenty whatapp groups over the years where get sent all the viral stuff and thats a folder that onedrive has been backing up.

I dont even know if this is the reason as they havent said and wont give me a reason, is bullshine :-(
