Fix for IPAD 6 4013 Error ?

Has anyone successfully fixed a 4013 error?

The iPad switches on to the apple logo then shows this picture below.

I have connected it up to iTunes and tried and it returns a 4013 error no matter what option I choose.

Original Apple usb cable, no sign of external damage.

I fell victim to some cleverly marketed software on the internet that claimed to fix it for a fee (ReiBoot) but it didn't.

Any help would be much appreciated, even a recommendation of someone with proven board level repair skills I can send it too if that is what is needed.

How do I jail break it if it won't boot using a PC ?

have you looked up "tiny umbrella ios 14" might break you out of the loop and let you restore

General error advice would be to try another genuine cable if you have access to one, a different USB port and failing that if you have access to an Apple Mac then sometimes that can work (VM may be ok too).
