Well,

I had hopes for AC2,but it seems alot like DAoC and EQ,they really got away from the original(which i loved)
,they are appealing to thos fans i guess

WoW looks great,just hope blizzard can get it out before it opsolete and lame

SWG seems to be my pick,should be out this year,and should have tons of support

don't forget
Neocron (a FPS)
Shadowbane (if it ever comes out)
and that EVE one (DOH! forgot the name)

Darkfall here as well.

People that think it doesn't look good are obviously used to playing carebear games like Everquest and Dark Age of Camelot. Unrestricted PVP with a purpose. No other game has done that, not even Shadowbane. It's also skill based instead of level based. No MMORPG has done that since UO.

Endless Age is skill based. Ultima Online allowed PVP on anyone.

I WAS waiting for World of Warcraft, until I found out it had a monthly fee to play online. I thought Blizzard would've gone with the flow of the rest of their games, for free online play. Hmph.

Well im all for EQ2 or SWG.. I have been beta testing Shadowbane for some while now, and I can only say that its not good at all. The graphics are very old, the models looks like crap especially the dwarfs. And the game engine it self is really bad, the have placed all vendors on roof tops or in the open becaus there is almost impossible to get inside a house. And there are many more things that is very wrong with that game, and if they do release it in the next year they will not have had time to fix it all up. I used to be a shadowbane beliver before the beta testing began.

I would prefeer EQ2 I think becaus its fantasy and SWG is not.
