TV Tuner suggestions

I'm looking to get a TV tuner card and would like some suggestions for what to get. I'm leaning towards either an ATI TV-Wonder or a Leadtek Winfast TV2000XP, although I really haven't heard much about either. I've heard that the TV-Wonder has issues under XP, which I'm running. I'm mostly concerned with picture quality and capture quality. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

well a few months ago i bought the AverMedia TV Studio ($80 at compUSA) and i love it! Here's some things i love about it:

- Has a remote...which works PERFECTLY!

- Has FM radio tuner...with awesome sound quality

- Great picture quality

- Great capture quality

- Has a remote!!!

- Very very very easy to setup and use...and 100% XP compatible.

dumb question... and jus asking to get flammed here but oh well.. is there any software/hardware that works with tv cards to descramble channels??

ATI TV Wonder works flawlessly under Windows XP for me

I have Pinnacle PCTV Rave and TerraTValue.. both works fine on Win XP.

JerZdawG11: I found few descrambler softwares for Win Me/98/Linux but couldn't find any that works on xp/2k.

Try these:
CableCrypt (this was the one that I got actually workin on linux)
MoreTV
FreeTV
DScaler (Best tv viewing app, not sure if it has descrambling feature)
