i have ordered a new laser because my PS2 wont read CDs so i want to see if i can get it working
then i can just sell the lens or have a backup if i can adjust the POT
so i dont realy care if it gets ruined

i've been adjusting units since 2000, if you know what u're doing u can use a unit like 2 or 3 times the default lifetime, but u can easily mess it up, so u better be sure before touching it.
