Ration of patched servers for multi games

Hi guys. I was just woundering what is the ration of patched servers that can run the warez copies for different games. (all games)
I just want to know if their is any point of waiting on games like Battlefield 1942 or just buy it like I did with the rest of the games that required CD key to play. Thx.

Ratio you mean? I don't get your question. What percentage of games don't have cd keys for online play?

I haven't found a single cracked server yet. Probably will take time before any show up, but as of now i haven't found a single one and the game is crap single player, utter crap.

What I ment is, what is the ratio for the other games that require a CD-Key(like Medal Of Hounor and such... I bought those.) I just want to know if their is any point of waiting for servers to get patched or just buy the sucker next week when i get my paycheck

Maybe some cracked serv ring will show up, who knows...


(think about europeeans usually getting games weeks after ISO rlz...)

RTCW had some good ("private") servers before... as far as I could see, most of them faded off and I lost interest so I stopped checking. Battlefield 1942 seems to have just a few cracked ones (yet?), atleast from what I have seen.

Medal of Honor was a bad example (as Okiesmokie said), it does not now nor has it ever needed a CDkey for online play . Quake3 did require a CDkey, but I guess ID got tired of hosting the server for that... because they themselfs removed in a patch (win/win situation for ID though, since no one seemed to notice).

As for other games... the whole "Private Server" thingy seems to fail on a whole. If a game is fun online and requires a key... Its usally worth buying them (as is all really good games, but CDkeys speed up the buying process ).
