Sniper: Path of Vengeance

Yeah I prefer invert myself...dunno how I ever got started with that though!

Hmmm...too bad most don't like it, I was looking forward to a Sniper game, not some lame FPS. Sort of like Hitman, but all Sniping, you know, like the damn title says! Guess Hitman 2 might fill that niche somewhat.

Lot's of games coming out now...not so many good...although I am really looking forward to Master of Orion 3, thought that was gonna come out this month...

honestly monoliths 3d engines suck.

sure shogo was good when it came.. even a crap game like blood 2 was ok for the time..

First of all...invert mouse does nothing, you guys are right, but there is a fix. Open up autoexec.cfg and change one of the last lines where it says axis scaling for y. The value should be 0.6625 or something...put a negative sign in front of that value. Voila, instant mouse-invert. The drawback to this is it makes the mouse backward in the menus too, but that's not a big deal.

And those who are bashing Monolith for this game...that's not quite fair. The engine is the engine is the engine. You can have a design team who is capable of making high-quality models, good textures, and wonderful animation in the engine and get something that looks like NOLF2, or you can have a design team that should be working for Activision's Value department, making SiN-quality models, repeating blurry textures, and faggy animation, and get something that looks like Sniper. It's not Lith's fault! *L*

I agree with ya'll, this is the buggiest thing ever. I get no in-game sound at all (I have the newst drivers for my SB128), and the game quits between the levels.. and if I restart, it loads the new level directly.. LOL.. and oh, it'd be nice to be able to hit "esc" if you want to edit controls, save or quit.. pressing F10 to quit is quite lame.. The only good thing in this piece of shit is the amount of gore... even though I find it funny that a big patch of blood is floating in the air when I headshot someone.. never mind. Uninstall. Delete. DON'T WASTE A CD ON THIS ONE!
