Ringtones and Cell Phone Pictures

It seems that most sites out there that offer ringtones and other cell phone stuff only allow UK users to get them. Does anyone know of any sites that allow North American users to get them, especially free.

what cell phones have mp3 ring tones???

i ehard of these, but i cant find them....do you get to put custom mp3s on them?

yo, pm me your phone number, ill hook you up with some...i made a thread about this in the cheapo depot, but no one really caught on.Ill send you some, i get free long distance, jsut pm your phone number with area code.I wont use your number for anything else.If you dont wanna gimme that, then tough luck, cause you aint gonna find any online, i had to get mine from another persons phone.

Nokia 9210 can use mp3 as ringtones if you convert them with nokia multimedia converter into a much smaller wav and they sound just fine

yeah ,it's a little big but it kicks ass ,the only problem is that it's so good you won't be able to replace it with another mobile.

P.S. the 3650 will use wav as ringtones as well but who the hell would buy it ?? http://www.nokia.com/phones/3650/

Um, I just looked around last night and i found loads of free rings tones, you just have to be resourceful.
