Need advice on new pc configuration

Hello
Here is what ive decided to buy:
INTEL P4 2.4GHZ 533MHZ 478PIN 512Cache
INTEL BILLINGS2 D845BG2 (Anyone heard anything about this mobo does it support DDR333 i was said yes but who knows..)
Kingstone 512MB DDR333
IBM 120GXP Vancouver 60GB 7200RPM
Gainward GF4 4200 Ultra 650 Golden sample (Will get NV30 when its released )
AUDIGY LIVE 5.1 se
Creative Inspire 5300 5.1

Now heres the problem.. im not sure about the mobo kinda weird, never heard of it. I cant afford Gygabyte or ASUS one tho so I was thinking.. leave the mobo and get the pc as is or cut on the RAM take 256 DDR333 maybe and ASUS or Gygabyte mobo? RAM would cost less to add later on

The mother/mainboard is the most important part of your system. If I were you, I would save up a little more money to afford a good one, something like this:
