buying a secondary computer

i was thinking of buying a new computer with these spec:

AMD Duron 1.2GHz
256MB RAM
Gigabyte Mobo (don't remember the version number)
Chieftec chassi

will put in my old Geforce 256 Annihilator card.

could this computer be used for games and not just office work?

I *promise* that if you try to run Minesweeper, it will run. Freecell solitaire will also run. Fast too.

So yes, it can be used for games.

yea i figured that out for myself, i meant somewhat newer games, doh.

or should i get a Celeron II?

That computer will not run games. If you don't know, all you have to do is download "Unreal Tournament 2003 demo" and look for yourself. wtf is a celeron II, I never even knew they had those! anyways, if you get a new CPU, get an AMD Athlon XP or a Pentuim 4. I would say a vid card will give u the best improvement in games though.
