Madden 2003 DVD Rip???
A friend is telling me that he just got it with another person, i haven't heard anything about a dvd rip, does anyone know if it's possible to make a good rip of the dvd Version, or is there a rip out there, not posted on isonews???
He'll be testing it when he back home, but i wanted to ask out anyway.

Don't ask "when is the dvdrip of X coming out". Nobody knows till it happens. Don't start rumors about things that are unconfirmed. You're asking for the wrath of others, because this happens all the time and it becomes tiresome.

no it hasnt been released yet (he asked for the dvd RIP not the full dvd). full dvd was released in august.. not the dvd rip. apparently ea hid files within files makin it hard to rip, as well as messing with the lba tables like in ncaa football 2003. i doubt it'll ever get released.

The full dvd is only about 1.5 gig, it could probably be done if the movies get ripped, the voices are downsampled, and somebody can unfuck whatever EA did to the files.
I remember when NFL2K1 and NBA2K1 came out for dreamcast... it was like around this time in 2000, and no rips were released. People said it was impossible, there was too much data. A couple of months went by... then suddenly, just before christmas, Echelon released a double-whammy on us.
if ea does the same with fifa, it will be cracked. so i figure once fifa is cracked, they'll figure madden out. madden would be a solid rip, i heard that if u chuck all the pointless shit like movies, then u can keep 95% of the commentary which isnt too bad.
