sega gt 2002 movies

Hi, i bought a copy of sega gt 2002, and i wanted to ripp it onto my xbox hard drive, so i pop the game into the xbox hard drive and start up flashfxp, i rip all the files onto my comp and then upload them onto the xbox hard drive,but i leave out the movie folder to save room, the game loads up and gets to the menu screen, i can move the curesor around fine but cant seem to click on anything, when i push any buttons notheing happens, this cant have anything to do with sfd movie files that i removed could it?

Chances are. The menus use FMV.

I looked all over the dvd and found not one fmv file, all the movie files where sfd files, so i put them all back into the folder and it plays fine, so i just started to delete movie after movie and try it out, well im down from 600 meg to 100 meg and have decided to leave it alone now that its working.
