gee...49 people have read my post and not 1 reply, I can only assume that no one here has copied the original, not even the nerdy linux dudes who know everything or the guys who post here regulary who were born with a bios and not a brain.
thanks for your tremendous help guys, guess you have to be one of the boys to get any help on here.

How about you be a bit more specific on why exactly you can't copy it?

No worries Lordhuk, well I've tried using Prassi Primo and Nero and doing data copies of the game after I ftp'd it onto my pc hard drive.
It seems to copy ok but when you go to play it the games freezes on the microsoft boot screen.
I havent tried an image copy yet but.
I read somewhere if you have a x-tender chip u need a patch to copy it but not sure if that is true or not.( I have a x-tender chip)
So any ideas on what to do?
I use pioneer dvdr's so that shouldnt be a problem.
Any help you or anyone can give me would be great, I have the US version of the game naturally but a pal xbox..could this be a problem???
    Thanks,

    some questions:
    1. did you have to patch games before?
    2. What X-Tender Version do you owe? Maybe a beta version?
    3. Do other copied games work?
    3. Ever tried gdfimage.exe to make an image an then burn it to dvd-r?
    4. Did you try to change your XBOX settings from PAL to NTSC? (that might fix the problem!! use enigmah video selector to change)
    5. Did you try an "official" release like the rip from RIOT or so?

Answer these and we might find your problem!

Hi JakeN8, here are the answers to your questions:

    1. I've never had to patch a game before, I have the US version of Morrowind and copied it no worries and it plays fine on my pal console. All the pal games I've done have worked fine also, no patches.

    2. Not sure on the Xtender version, I got it from Lik Sang about 2 monthes ago if that helps but its not a beta, that much I know.

    3. Yep, all copied games work except this one.
Havent tried making an image yet, I sort of thought data copy was the way to go.
I have used gdfimage before but I think from memory it didnt work real well but I can try again if you think it will help.

    4. I have the original of Dead To Rights and it plays fine on my pal console, I dont have to change between ntsc or pal at all.. the same goes with Morrowind. I need to copy the original of Dead To Rights so my kids dont destroy the original, if they do you cant buy the game here yet so I cant go buy another one unless I import it again

    5. No I havent tried any ripped Xbox games, thats why I bought a pioneer dvd burner so I could play full versions and not ripped ones.

So dont know if this helps or not, hope so
