Where the hell is the skate backwards button? Impossible to run a powerplay from the point without it. Sigh, nice of EA to make their NHL games for people who don't know how to play hockey. THey wouldn't even leave that option in incase someone wanted to use it?
fucking exactly man, thats the main reason i hate nhl2003. I was so used to having a backwards skate button, helped greatly on the powerplay and on defense. I'm pretty sure they took it out cause there were a lot of dumbasses online that would skate backwards all the time. Which i agree looked stupid but taking it out fucks over people like us who used the button the way it was sposed to be used, i fucking can't stand playing without it.
Just got this game. Installed fine. I can do anything in menus, but when I hit the button to start a game, kicks me back to windows. I have an old Voodoo 3 3000, but could play 2002, so don't see why this would be different. Any ideas?
So did anyone figure out how to burn it so it doesnt get stuck at 57%? Installing it on daemon worked fine..just cant get it on cd
why when i play the game nhl its real fucking choppy. OK you will say lag but no... first I am hosting the game, i got a 100k/s data upload and we are only 2 playing in the game with a ping of 16. The guys who play with me dont get any "lag" its weard because its me HOSTING ! the person who should get the lag its the client!
i fix the single player choppy prob by turning off du-meter with the transparency setting to. but its weard the multiplayer still "lag", does some on know what my prob ?? conflic prob ??.

game works fine, and i already changed the ditty music (worse soundtrack ever, made me sick - i put some dmx and paul oakenfold shit - much better game now!!)

I think 2003 is worst release in years.. there are lot's of stuff missing from other releases like:
* automatic replay cam for cool shots etc etc.
* referee wont allow goal if player is in goalie area
those are just examples.. but there are lot's of stuff missing

Where can I read about how to import faces? ...I se that there is a map called faces, but I dont know how to do.
Can I cre8 a profile on the net with the razor-release of the game?

Other then that i agree with you, this game just doesn't have that hockey feeling. I wish they'd come out with a realistic hockey game instead of going for that arcady style.

Nope this doens't work.. nothing works.. al the crakcs, the crack on teh cd, the gimpsrus crack.. reven with the regsvr thingy.. nothing works.. all it does it loads the game. .comes with awhite screen . then give me an internet explorer error thing. Any Solutions??

I wanted to play this damn game so bad and I come in here and I read all this insanity about this freakin install and game and Im so PISSED OFF !! I am one of these dudes that do my part and ONCE in a great while I actually decide to play something and this is what I get!! I was having a prob with the install myself and so I said lemme just go take a look and see if anyone else had a prob and....................ahh, its been one of those weeks I guess. I wanna flame the shit out of everybody I really do but I wont cuz most of you cud's arent responsible for your parents ill behavior anyway!

Hmm the game runs perfect for me... Sorry for this probably stupid question but are there any ways to play online or do i need to buy the original?
you can play online with your friend by using the onlinie match button.... you only have to create a game and give the ip to your friend
