NOLF2, cant find propane tank near mess hall

... well im at the siberia level, inside the building at nighttime...

i got to the point where youre inside a building with a mess hall, and the mission objectives say i have to plant explosives on a propane tank near the mess hall..

i cannot find this tank, and ive searched just for it for like an hour..

what am i misssing here?

did u recover the top secret photos of the area?

it has the propane tank marked just outside the messhall,
i when u are outside just circumnavigate the building
and u should stumble across it
