About Hitman 2

So ..whats the deal with hitman 2?
im asking here because i know some guys here actually is "core-sceners" or atleast knows what happens in those areas...also we have alot of people who claims to be "oh-so-elite-sceners" and this might be a chance to prove yourself for what you claim to be then

Now to the questions:

1. Is it impossible/very hard to crack?
2. Is all the patches/fixes released actually fakelabeled shit from other persons than the actual groups that somehow got uploaded everywhere and distributed?
3. If thats not the case i really wanna know why razor spreads a mp3 song ..and as for today flt spreads a non-working crack even if they had about a week to really test and try it out before releasing?
4. Is this maybe the first attempt from razor and possibly other topgroups to say "fuck you" to the general public?
(considering how we all know that razor wants to make shit private this line of thought came to mind for me atleast)
..and that the have cracked it but not released it/released it just very private/not gonna release it at all ?

Now im asking this because all this seems very fishy and i dont know anybody in razor myself so i cant ask..but i wanna find out

And Razor dislikes Isonews because Isonews in the past sent out pressreleases to major newspapers, and when mister Congressman reads in his newspaper there is open software piracy he will call for action from police/fbi and he will try to introduce new laws to show he is tough on crime.

Those fake fixes that was released then wasnt released very "high up" in the warez food chain then right?

And...what about clonecd ..why havent any clonecd group released it? that would work wouldnt it?
or maybe is it because they havent actually got the game yet?

1. as for the fake files I dont think it came from a high place. Who ever made them he can f... him self.

2. This game uses the lates known Securom protection and it cant be cloned to be used in any player or reader so no thats why it might not be released unless clonecd is updated and makes it work, we all trust Ollie.

hitman2 does NOT use the latest version of securom.. theres another version higher than it.. the 'fixes' that were released were ALL fake, the mp3, the possible trojaned exe supposedly released by fltdox (using flt-* as the filename and not fdx-*)..

and if u want the game so much.. go and fuckin buy it.

hey dude im not whining..or atleast not trying to..and i am not waiting for the game very much either since i dont play much games anymore and my puter is probably to old for this one anyway and im not gonna buy it...the only thing i wanted was to get some answers about what this is and why its happening....plz relax

1) The securom part is not (Razor already cracked that
properly but just did not test). But there are custom
checks in the exe which are difficult to trace/fine due
to the compiler used to build the exe.

2) Yes, those fake patches out are mostly people going for
a joke. Like the Razor MP3 thing was started by a
courier, and others accidentally started trading that.
(Monkeys as they are).
However the FLTDOX exe was a malicious trojan packed
with UPX. And the DEViANCE fix was an exe broken on
purpose containing text referring to Razor and FLT and a
possible non-working exe being released.

3) As seen in 2, nor Razor or FLTDOX had anything to do
with spreading those releases. Anyone can make an nfo +
pack. The only two valid releases were Hitman 2 iso by
Razor and the Hitman 2 working iso by FLT. The rest was
never pred anywhere.

4) Although it wasn't razor with the MP3, I do think
they should have done that. If you look at the pathetic
whining at this forum. No-one does anything but expect
ppl to crack it. I personally think all iso groups
should have said, lets not crack this game, and let all
the lamers figure it out for themselves.

thanks for all answers and i especially agree with this one...cant believe how many lamers i have seen lately on irc and other places that says "razor sucks flt is always better" and other dumb shit like that..and this always comes from people who doesnt know shit about anything they talk about ..people who hardly understand why/how you read a nfo file.

So yeah...your idea would have been extremely funny.

you got it messed up...there is a big difference between being a "newbie" and being a "lamer".

Asking "how do i use .sfv files" or any basic dumb question is okay because just as you say everybody starts somewhere...but when the same person sits in/on irc or a forum and says "razor fuckin sux they cant crack this game they are fagorts!!1" ..then that person acts like a lamer and not a newbie.

I agree with BuBBeN, I myself find lamers having a negative meaning. People who try to meddle in affairs they have no knowledge off. Telling other people what to do without any clue. Examples would indeed be someone calling Razor1911 "fucking **** idiots", cause they did not do a perfect crack instantly.

As long as they cannot easily do the same crack, they are not in their right to scream at Razor for it I'd think.

Newbies however aren't negative, they are just people new to the field. And we all need to learn. I'd be more then willing to answer a few questions (Not to many of course), to most newbies in here.

Isnt there a working crack out? I used the flt ppf patch(or at least what looked to be it), applyed the patch to the bin, burnt the game, then used the exe supplied with the ppf patch, and the game seems to work fine...ive only played to the 2nd level but it appears to work just fine.
