the only people to stoop so low as to compare what israel does to the TERRORISTS in the PA, and the WTC bombings, are those who are terrorists or support them.

ridiculous! show me your context, ie. the boy who is climing across rubble, ill bet my bottom dollar that either his dad/brother/uncle or someone who lived in his housing area was a terrorist who should have been killed, and obviously was. is it ISRAEL's fault for placing little kids in harms way by having known terrorists hide in schools, and family homes? get real, what about the suicide bombings, here, make a slideshow of these pictures:

The UN has had 86 resolutions condemning Israel for killing children,women,annexing other people's land , killing thousands of civilians in Beirut and bombing people with no provocation. I dont blame the Israeli people for what their government does every day, but that does NOT mean I condone their actions or agree blidly that Israel is completely innocent and all evil people come from Palestine.
When you grow up in a society where you are taught to hate certain people from birth, it becomes innate. You cant escape it. The Israeli government is to blame for this. point taken, but its unfair to count individual incidents. you point out israel's 'brutality' but how often was it UNprovoked. sure, israel may have been hostile in their retaliations, but how can you discount the terror caused by arab nations. do you realize that israel is almost completely surrouned by enemies, the only true friend israel has on its borders is the waters. israel needs room to breath as well, why should they give up their small land, when the rest of th emiddle east is open to occupy.

Thier "small land" was NOT "thiers" a little over 50 years ago. It was given to them by Europeans. The United States has used its veto power and political clout in order to squash EFFECTIVE resolutions by the UN condemning Isreal. Isreal has had Carte Blanch to do whatever it has wanted to do including commited many atrocious acts against humanity. In addition, Ariel Sharon is clearly guilty of many war crimes. Hell, simply do a search for "Ariel Sharon War crimes" and you will turn up plenty. He has been condemned by both Amnesty International and the UN for his involvement and negligence in the slaughter of REFUGEES in prison camps in Lebonon. He was actually forced to resign in 1983 as War Minister. And now he is Isreal's Prime Minister?

There is no doubt he was involved BUT they are debating about whether or not Sharon can be indicted due to the fact that he is now Prime Minister.

Eh? 95% huh? Give me sources for THAT nonesense. Isreal was talking about WITHDRAWING from the Gaza Strip and:
"In return, Sharon will want understandings that the state will be demilitarized, it will permit no foreign forces on its territory, and it will make no alliances with states hostile to Israel. Israel would control border crossings and air space as well as the Jordan Valley pending a final and formal pact."

But none of that really happened and it was as much Clinton's sweet talk as it was a reality. I don't particularly like Arafat either. But what "Arafat claims" is different from UN and Amnesty International war crimes charges. Hell, even Isreal blamed Sharon for the massacres in Lebenon and as a result Sharon was forced to resign as war minister.
