Guys help me please,
i've gat: intel pentium 4 2.0
radeon 8500 le
QDI PlatiniX 2E-6A
512 DDR 266
windows xp pro
So my problem is Radeon 8500. When i drive the car, computer stop working. Reset. Then message:

The driver for the display device was unable to complete a drawing operations. Please check with the device manufacturer for a driver update.

I tra evrithing even new beta drivers, defaults...
Help me please.

I figured out how to turn the helicopter off.
Can someone explain how to edit the ini files to get better acceleration, top speed, etc.?

since i am shit bored with racing cars such as the ferraris and the porsches i was damn happy to see that the aussie demo was out... i was even happier to see that they didn't root up the hsv like the last time they decided to put aussie cars in need for speed... can't remember which one it was, nfs3 or some shit... the GTO is so damn nice looking, its amazing, and i don't mind the helicopters, i reckon it makes it more fun, trying to contend with the helicopters dropping bombs on you, while tring to pass someone ahead of you, adds to the fun factor, as you kind of need to know how to drive in the game a little bit, its not just a matter of going around a circuit afew times and winning.

anyway thats just my 2 cents

Less mass just mean it`s more easy to lose control after a collision , nothing to do with jumps ..but if you put it to say ..700 and then change the aerodynamic coefficient to like 70-80 ..and change the torque curves from like 300 to ...say 1300 or 2300 ..and then make it 4wd ...

easily managed around 1:40 with a car like that ... takes the fun out of the game after a while though....

i'm sure driving an everyday point a to point b car would be boring, but if your lucky enough to have a '28 Chev roadster, or '34 Ford hot rod parked in your garage, driving it would be a dream... as i've seen whenever one drives past, the driver is havin the time of their live... just cruising

If I want to go slow I`ll take the bus .

Driving within speed limits is boring as hell .

Going fast on medium-low traffic can be pretty exciting , in and out of the highway ...

If you can`t hear the tires in every turn you`re not going fast .... even that can be a bit boring if your car can`t do like 130 mph ....

The graphix are awesome, no doubt. Cars are nicely modeled.

Think burnout II for consoles is more exciting.

Just because it's not labeled as a "simulation" doesn't mean they don't use real physic calculations.

I just threw on a PI stallion 2800 tq converter on my lil' old V6, and despite its lack of power, it's fun to drive and is a blast to tear up the street with it
