What utils will let me do that???

Sorry for the topic but I wasn't sure how to write a short one for my little problem.
Ok, I was just wandering if any prog would let me add a file within a .img??? like add a folder with a file in it in the image I made with clone cd, without unpacking.

If this is confusing plz tell me, my english really sucks.
