Here's a radical idea: How about if carrying guns was illegal? Maybe make it more difficult for people to get hold of sniper rifles so this kind of thing cant happen?

This counter-example proves that guns are not the sole cause of firearm-related crimes. The truth is, its people that kill people. Guns are simply a tool, as is a knife or blowgun. Its so typical for liberals to blame tools rather than criminals.
