Dog racing is great mate, we used to go on work outings all the time until they knocked it down to build a multiplex cinema and then realised that the ground is waterlogged and cant have anything like that built on it!! W ANKERS!

Nothing to watch out for really, chat the barmaid up behind the bar and get her to give you some good tips on the races.......... If its a bloke behind the bar..................... GOOD LUCK!!

Mut racing - quality entertainment m8 you'll have a top larf!

Read the programme and the form guide and try to find a pattern to the dogs form (it'll show the dog's last 6 race finnishes) and don't bet on a hound with the twosies (they tend to be followers and never win).
They feed the dogs that they don't want to win before a race so watch for any of that going on too.
Place your bets with the guys down by the track as you'll get better odds down there than in the bar and keep an eye on the shifty looking chaps in the sheepskin coats when they get their cash out cos they're prolly up to no good and on to a winner.
If all this fails just roll a dice and pick a hound m8, it worked for me last time!
Did I ever tell you you're my hero?
