Can anyone please tell me what emulator runs the first street fighter (i think its the snes or megadrive) and where to get the rom please? cheers

Do you mean the original (shite) street fighter, or the first version of street fighter 2?

Ive got both, the original rom i have on mame, and the first sf2 ive got on mame and snes as well somewhere?

Released February 1991

You can play this version in its original form using MAME or just aswell on snes ,megadrive etc.

i cant remember the game if it was the first of not but it had ryo make that funny sound when he done a dragon ball "hiyookin"

sounds like Street Fighter II you want.

I played the original Street Fighter as a kid and I thought it was brilliant back then, even though you could only be Ryu, looking back it was a complete load of shite !

yeah Street Fighter II is what you want, emulators that can play is are: MAME, Callus, Finalburn, Nebula, Kawaks and a few others I forget.
