a300 unlocking

i need help in the process of unlocking a samsung a300, i have paderf 4.5 but its the process on how to do it is confusing me?

Hi,

So long as you're using the right cable you'll be ok (standard Samsung one won't work I don't think.)

Process:
[list=1][*]Connect Cable to PC and Phone[*]Switch Phone On[*]Run Paderf[*]Select Phone Model (A300)[*]Press Unlock[/list=1]

The phone will then restart and will unlock. Type in *2676*2787# phone will restart again an it's done.

If you get errors, it'll be problem with the connection/cable.

regarding unlocking an a300, can it be done with a t100 data cable (no doubt they're the same)?

Nope, they may loook similar, and fit into the phone, but they are different. It could possibly be converted by modifying the cable though.
