The radio will have 4 little holes on the front, right near the edges (2 per side)
You can either go to halfords etc and buy a special 'u' shaped tool , or place something that will snugly fit all four holes (pop rivet stems, small nails or as a last resort matchsticks) and pull lightly on the radio using the cassette carrier through the flap.

The best way without buying the proper tool is to use an old metal coathanger cut to size and bent into a 'u' shape (x2, 1 per side).

come back to us if you need any more help m8

true as urbanmiffs said do this but as the real removal tool is cheap i would rather buy them if i were u saves messing around!! dont forget once out then u got to sort out the wiring as the original ford one has a plug which isnt ISO standard type so u got 2 options!!

    1) cut the connector and locate all wiring Brown= earth Yellow= ignition live and red should be battery +

    2) or go to halfords etc and buy an autoleads converter for the the original loom to ISO then the installation shouls only take u around 15 to 30 mins depending if thigs go well enough!!

Keep this in mind though if u use option 1, if u come to sell the car and want to put the original stereo back u are going to have to either sit their and solder all the wires back to the original connector or by a cheap and nasty stereo to fill the space

As urbanmiffs said need any more help we are here
