buy one from Dell... they do real bargains. most can come without monitor option... otherwise check the optiplex range.

If not Dell... check out places like: www.insight.com for bare systems. you can even get http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/ to build you one... or perhaps buy the barebones system from www.komplett.co.uk.

Another option is to buy the Shuttle:

and then just slot in the basics, ram, hd, cdrw etc.

As Fais says Dell have some fantastic offers, buy online to save money and you can reduce warranty period to reduce price.
