You'll be lucky to find one of those online anymore, best bet is the buy,sell & trade forums on here.
If they ever release a proper working n64 emu on the xbox i'll sell you my v64

http://tototek.com still keep stocks of the v64 and v64jr along with all accessoriesthey arent the fastest to reply to emails but once your order is placed it only takes 3-4 days to the uk and if you've been friendly with them they mark it at a customs friendly price
(obviously not the v64 as its a little big and heavy to be a $20 part)
