Flashing BIOS problemz

Im tring to flash my bios and i get thiz msg::

Manufacturers ID 09 Device ID 00
!!Unknown Flash Type!!

The hell iz that? lol. i have a mod (dont know what 1 cuz itz premoded) and i installed evox and then i try to flash bios (so i can change color of the xbox cold boot) and that msg popz up!! any sugestionz on what i should do or what that msg meanz?

Ok...i THINK i found out what mod i have. i did some research and i belive my mod iz a enigmah. i jus wanna know for sure if i can or can not swap the hdd and flash my bios.....if any1 knowz...plz let me know..thankz

If its an enigmah then I think youve dipped out m8.

4me2 is absolutely correct. I have an Enigmah and the only way I could get a larger hard drive without buying a new modchip was to flash the onboard TSOP. I am currently running the latest EvoX BIOS from my onboard and the Enigmah is disabled.

I now have a Cheapmod which I will be installing with a switch and reverting to the original BIOS in order to play XBox Live.

So in short : You can either buy a new modchip or flash the onboard BIOS.

If you flash the onboard BIOS you will NOT be able to play on XBox Live as you would need to utilise the original BIOS to do this.
