Anti spam software

I have just started getting loads of spam on e-mail witch is bugging me now can anyone recomend some good anti spam software that will fit in with outlook 2002 ??

Mcafee Spamkiller or Mailwasher. Spamkiller is a complete anti spam suite clw built in filters and auto-deletion of spam or spam like mail and Mailwasher is a much smaller little program that provides a nice simple email interception facility.

I've used both and although I personally stuck with Mailwasher I, (and the learned ABc no less) can recommend Spamkiller just as easily

does this work with hotmail via internet explorer, which version is best the beta or stable version?

The newest version of Mailwasher does attempt to give hotmail/msn mail support but in my experience it's unreliable. Personally I switched back to the stable 1.33 version.

I use this: http://www.cloudmark.com/ and find that it gets rid of about 75-90% of spam and its free. Only works with outlook at the moment though

how easy would it be to try and clog a spammer's server after tracing the site?
