ok first off the forum description that lots of people seem to overlook:
Try to keep it sensible. No CDR Copies to be sold in here. Your posts will not appear until they have been OK'd by admin. Professional traders please ask Raptor about an advertising banner.
Rules:
1. Members who are new or not known well on the forums will not be allowed to sell on the forums.
Normally people with over 50 posts or long time membership should be ok if they are known to the moderators.
If your posts dont appear within 24 hours it means that admin/mods havent okd them and that they were either illegal posts or
you werent known well enough to be considered to be trading here. This is not done to offend anyone but to protect our members
from scammers signing up here and ripping our members off which has happened in the past as we have no way of knowing if new
members are trust worthy or not.
2. All members including new members are allowed to buy or start posts with WTD and its upto the seller if they wish to trade with them.
3. Those selling should always include a rough idea of the price they wish to receive for thier goods and clearly title thier threads with what they are selling . As of today 030103 I expect people to start thier titles with either WTD , FS or SWAP If not the threads could well be deleted.
When wanting to sell something use this Icon
When wanting to buy something use this Icon
When looking to swap an item use this icon
When you want something use this icon
Any new threads made from the 19th July not displaying these icons will be deleted .
4. Also this forum is designed for members to make the occasional sale and not for traders to make a living by selling several things a week . If you wish to trade professionaly then pay Raptor for an advertising banner and support our community.
People who join this community for the sole purpose of trading and dont wish to contribute in any other way are in the wrong place and should use ebay please.
Guidelines from old sticky below still apply:
When using this forum please be aware that any transaction made in the Digital-Forums trading sections are at your own risk.
Ask for references if you're not sure about the buyer/seller.
Make sure you get some kind of contact address or telephone number
Generally if the user has a higher post count they are deemed more reliable than somebody with 4 posts
If something does go pear-shaped (This does happen) Try to contact the buyer/seller to work it out amicably.
If Admin receive multiple complaints about one member we'll look into it and remove them from the board.
never deal with buyer/seller first per email always use PM for first contact so that they can be identified under their forum names. It has happened that scammers have replied to people per email and the email is not the one used on the forum so we had no way of tracing. As stated always deal per PM or run the risk of getting scammed if you use email.
