where to get Replacement dvdrom for xbox

Hey everyone im new to the board. I installed a matrix chip into a friends xbox and it went great. I also have one in mine. It was working then stopped. I thought it was the chip it was not. Until i decided to swap the dvdroms. His dvd wont recognize any discs anymore. Factory or backup copies. Once i swapped out his dvdrom with mine it was fine. Anyone know where i may find a replacement dvd drive for this xbox or any idea on how to repair the problem.
