RALF SCHUMACHER'S long-serving race engineer, Craig Wilson has left the Williams team to join former Williams driver Jenson Button at BAR Honda.

Wilson was Ralf's race engineer for three seasons, but will join up with Jenson Button at BAR this year.

Wilson has been replaced by Gordan Day, who has been at the team since 1999.

Wilson is not the first Williams man to move to BAR. In recent years other high-profile men have swapped sides. Designer Geoff Willis joined BAR in 2002, while former Williams Chief Operations Engineer James Robinson also went to BAR.
