rom help needed PLEASE

GBA roms advice needed.

i have a small problem, on a couple of the NES on GBA roms (the 43 gba rom collection containing 1500+ nes games) there are translated versions of nes games that i dont have in my personal collection of roms does anyone know a way an idiot could extract these roms from the gba cart?

if so how do i do it? and what tools do i need to use?
