use NEO as they have the new G04 dye
Is there any where in the US where I can purchase the NEO DVD-R. I dont want to pay high shipping prices. How much for 25 disks?
most work dont they
all 003 dye is the same....
004 is better but 003 works fine on everything
004 dye is only used in 4x discs also????
BTW - Raptor, your too expensive on the discs - 4x Datasafe/Datawrite from www.121cdr.co.uk are cheaper.

I feel the need, the need for speed. ;-)
I have used the PrimeDisc (Ritek) disks. Their Dye is nice and dark and I have tried them on 63 different xboxes. Not one failed to load games burned on them. If you are in the US, then it may be expensive to get NEOs from Europe.
You can get the PrimeDisc Riteks from:

sorry ultra, but g04 dye is now being used on 1x 2x and 4x discs ,but its not cheep.
you will see a major shortage of ritek dye dvd r over the next few weeks as the new dye filters through under different brand names, such as neo , trax , dvd master, datawrite and so on.........same disc , same manafacturer, just different label

If You Want It Go Get it
Good to hear that they are using the new dye on the slower speed discs too as this new dye is making very good discs.
I can now do disc to disc without an image without any problems.
