i have downloaded mirc, but i find it hard 2 find rooms which have cds etc in, also i find it hard to download files, sounds dumb but im ne a novice.

any tips chees

You can also use www.packetnews.com and www.mydownloader.com to search for what you need and download it then, which is what I normally do on Efnet and most bot based servers.

i was hoping for something like software type of submission...
e.g. an upload of some sort...

Depending on the servers you use, you can use the !find/@find commands, but most of the ones I use have these commands banned, so you get kicked straight away.

datavault on addictz is my favorite atm. i wont give you direct details in case its against the rules or something. if you check out www.isonews.com www.ps2-news.org and www.nforce.nl www.vcdquality.com you will find all the latest release info which in turn will help you find your downloads easier i guess.
