Quick bit of help with Mirc please

It seems there are 2 ways of downloading from Mirc depending on what channel you are on. Some sites request you to type a Trigger to get into the specific download area but some sites dont have a Trigger it seems you just download from from that specific page. I cannot work out the command to download when you have all the files on that main page, the command 'GET' for eg. doesnt work, I have asked on there several times but no one ever helps. Is anyone out there an expert on MIRC

ok to use an xdcc do as follows

So to get a file type the trigger followed by the pack number
i.e on this occasion it would be /msg SPiCE-VG xdcc send #? , where the ? is the number of the file you are wanting.

If you hold your left mouse down and highlight the trigger , you can then right click and paste it into the typing window to save you copying it manually.

Put your mirc settings to auto get , and tick resume and your away m8. Make sure your virus scanner is up to date as well as a decent firewall.

Once you get the hang of it its easy m8.

urbs 250Gigs of hard drive space is largely filled with this kind of filth... and i for one am appaled at such things ..

i merely have a 16Gig download que off him in the hub for research purposes ... cough
