    Default flashing lpc mod

    i read somewhere that with a cheapmod installed you can use it to flash other sst chips?
    any one got any more info on this?

    I have a cheapmod and afaik there is no easy way to flash onboard BIOS or other BIOSs except for the model chip that is installed.

    Yup u can so ive been told, but i havnt tried it......boot to evo as normal, then swap cheapmod with a blank 1 and flash as normal...like i said i aint tried it myself. Has any1 else ?? let me know plse

    Sounds like the Xecuter 2 swap method for recovering bad chips... i have tried it and it works.. i killed a chip on perpose to try this
