    Can anyone tell me if this is as fast as the pioneer 105, or otherwise..?

    Conclusion

    On paper the specifications of this drive didn't look too good compared to the Pioneer A03:

    1 speed DVD-R writing
    No rewritable DVD-RW support
    No CD writing support

    1x dvd -r write speed and

    no cd or dvd-rw writing capabilities.

    So basicaly buy a pioneer a05 or buy something inferior..?

    i thought this drive was only a 1x writer.
    how do you get it to write at 2x
