3330 no ringtone

HI ,I have a3330 that I can make and recieve calls on fine,but there are no ringtones working on it ,ie I have to use vibrate to alert me of an incoming call,any ideas ?

monty - has the phone been water damaged ?

what you need to do is solder a point from the 5th leg down on the right hand side of the audio ic chip and connect it to the bottom pad of the ringer

works all the time
