is it possible to record when a webcam is in use ?

If for example someone was useing Paltalk or Eyeballchat on my pc and they were camming with someone, is it possible to record secretly the image to avi etc, i know i can use the cam to record, but i cant use the cam on 2 seperate software.

a few ways im sure that could do it
depending on how cleaver the user of the web cam is because windows media encoder (ggod bit of streamming s/w ) can also do a screen capture so all u can do with that is set it runnin b 4 they start and minamize it and let it capture the screen...

best bet i can think of...or try getting new cam s/w that achives while being a web cam
