    Default Mouse making hand sore

    4 a while know I’ve been getting a sore hand, & its I’ve started to get pins & needles which lasts for days..
    I've tried not Using my mouse as much it seams to make no difference, I cant even play ut2k3 it just gets too uncomfortable after a game or two, Its the area of my hand that rests on the mouse mat That feels sore,

    Anyone else get this? or suggestions?

    I had exactly the same problem mate, so I bought my self a MS Trackball Explorer ( http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...162631-1195621 ) and never looked back. Havnt had any pain since...
    Try Gentoo, the linux source distro...

    Sounds like RSI (repetitive strain injury), get a mouse mat with a wrist wrest, or get a Trackball like Yazmon suggested.

    Cheers all , Gonna Invest in a new mouse & Pay more than £2 for a decent mouse Pad (matt) , Hope it does the trick.

    fellowes do an excellent mouse mat with a gel wrist rest for about a tenner, i got mine from the local sainsburys savacenter

    Yeah i get sore wrists too RSI (sounds fun to take the piss out of but it bloody hurts) so I just got work to buy me a long wrist support. Its like a big blue floppy dildo but it does the job, I also find it a good de-stresser, made by Fellowes.. Also sort your chair out so that you are at the right height at your desk, Think your forearms should be parrallel to the desk and you shouldnt be resting your wrists on the table.
