Good car m8 , and as the market is flooded with the bloody things they can be had for quite a small amount of cash now.
The engines are generally quite bulletproof , but accident damage is high , so look for dodgy bodywork.

theres everything you need to know HERE m8

My local garage has a good name for repairing them, so they get loads of them in. I go there a lot with mots and as id love 1 myself i always chat to the lads in the body shop who repair them. They have 2 types of repair thats commom
    1. Near side doors and wings.. this is cos people push them really hard on country roads as they handle really well and then when they hit the old cow sh*t....bingo car slides into ditch.
    2. Must be a leicester thing this, but they have a lot that have been vandalised. Most have panel damage to doors and roofs.

My advice is check the one you want very carefully mate and im jealous as hell you can have 1.
P.S if you want the phone number of the garage let me know
Im off to a place of worship and wont be back till closing time

    Subaru Imp Turbo

I was kind of hoping this would be a thread about a modified classic (I likes me old cars). A rootes rocket

That is probably the best site on the net for everything scooby , its full of "my cars faster then yours" peeps but they do know there stuff and they know it well, glad you like it.

Just as an afterthought , have you looked at a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo? , lot better car and a lot more desireable. Don't get me wrong the Scooby is a fantastic car , but not quite up to the standard of the Mitsubishi.

Is it only me, or does anyone else think Subaru Impreza's are one of the most ugly, unimpressive cars on the road?

    It's a passion

I have driven several run of the mill cars lately and find them tediously boring, I always look forward to climbing in the scoob.
