No Cache on IE...

Does anyone know how to Refresh a html web page and keep NO CACHE? I Disabled my Temp internet files so IE does not store anything at all in it however i got a feeling its storing it in the HIDDEN ie dirs.

I have used some nifty java script to stop caching but it still caching images of the page! how do i stop this? is there some code or something i can use to stop it?
