Default Problem Booting after changing BIOS setting :s

Hmm, im feeling totally gutted now

I tried to change some bios settings on my perfectly good QDI LegendV LX440 mobo with Penitum 2 233mhz.

These are the things I changed...
    - Upped speedeasy CPU speed to 266Mhz (done this b4 and fine)
    - Changed AGP arpeture to 128mb due to having 128mb gfx card in it now
    - Changed two settings around the AGP section from normal to fast

didnt think much could go wrong but now it wont boot
Well...sometimes it shows the QDI startup logo screen and other times it doesnt (where the green "on" light just flashes).

Am i totally fu(ked? Someone please advise

What i usually do in similar cases is remove all ide cables from board and then try to boot.

Change the settings back aand sorted

    Dunno if its any use
