    Default re-setting a 1000 box

My 1000 box is stuck on 'updating TVOD list' is there a way to reset it?

if that dont work try a forced update.
    may be a software fault

power up box with standby button depressed
then OKAY will be on display.
then press favourite, interactive, tv guide and tv and it will display 4321 on the display, click ok then.
    it will force update.
some people say you can do it the other way round 1234 and it will do it
